What is the turnaround time for custom DTF transfers?
Most orders are processed and printed within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order is ready, shipping times vary based on the method selected at checkout.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We recommend submitting high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG files with a transparent background. We also accept PDF and EPS files for vector artwork.
How do I apply the DTF transfers to my garments?
Kingdom DTF transfers require a heat press. Press at 300°F - 320°F for 10-15 seconds with medium pressure, wait for the film to cool completely before peeling, and finish with a 5-second post-press.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our DTF products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy for custom prints?
Due to the personalized nature of custom DTF transfers, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Can I wash garments with DTF transfers immediately?
We recommend waiting at least 24 hours after pressing before the first wash. For longevity, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low heat.
