At Kingdom DTF, we strive for perfection in every print, but if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items. Please note that custom-printed transfers are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that the transfers remain flat and protected from moisture or debris during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
